Anniversary Prayer
Almighty God and Father, We, the family
of St. John the Evangelist Parish, are a community of minsters called by Christ to be holy. As we gather today, we remember
all that led our Parish family to this 125th celebration. We live the Gospel through the ministries of preaching,
teaching and healing and by using our gifts to serve the needs of all. We also remember those who helped establish our church
to grow in wisdom and faith. We gather, as a family, to celebrate the Eucharist as we journey together. Through our ministry,
we become the image of Christ for all those around us. We pray that you continue to lead us through your spirit and bless
our Parish family with your presence. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray
for us. St. John the Evangelist, pray for us. All holy Men and Women, pray for us. Amen
